About

I build with the user in the room, even when the technology is new.

I study Computer Information Systems and have worked across solutions engineering, product thinking, and applied AI. At IBM, I translated customer problems into technical requirements and working solutions. That experience made me care deeply about the space between what a system can do and what a person actually needs.

I’m especially drawn to products that make complex systems feel legible, useful, and human. My process combines structured discovery, technical fluency, clear communication, and a willingness to test the uncomfortable assumptions early.
